- The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS.
- Business days are 9:00 am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding weekends and National Holidays.

- The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time.
- Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.

- The pricing of shipping cost are not regulated by the company, but instead dictated by the USPS or any carrier customer chose.

- We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received.
- In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS or UPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.
