- All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Handmade Variations:
Our handmade products are crafted in small batches, resulting in unique variations. Slight differences in size, scent , color, or consistency are normal due to the absence of harsh chemicals. Each product is distinct with natural ingredients.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods ( beauty/skincare products).
Store Availability:
- Our customer service operates from Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
- Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for an email response from our customer support team.
Weekend and Holiday Processing:
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
