Thank you for supporting our business, D.YO.Z Creations. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with our return policy:

  • All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Prices are subject to change

Handmade Variations:

Our handmade products are crafted in small batches, resulting in unique variations. Slight differences in size, scent , color, or consistency are normal due to the absence of harsh chemicals. Each product is distinct with natural ingredients.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
  •  Personal care goods ( beauty/skincare products). 

Store Availability:

  • Our customer service operates from Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for an email response from our customer support team.

Weekend and Holiday Processing:

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
